1、 Product Overview
The 3000 microcomputer controlled hot and cold fully automatic rapid forging testing machine is a new type of forging testing machine that has been updated and designed on the original old model testing machine. It adopts the principle of computer-controlled sample flattening height instead of using standard cushion blocks for testing (continuing the working principle and technology of the original microcomputer controlled electronic testing machine).
The forging test method for its raw metal material is to apply pressure along the axis direction of the specimen at room temperature or in a hot state, compress the specimen, test the metal's ability to withstand plastic deformation during forging at a specified forging ratio, and display surface defects on the metal. Mainly used to study the quality status of metal materials in the mass production of molded parts, in order to make corresponding improvements for defect situations.
The principle is to first determine the specifications and pressing amount of the sample, input the sample size and pressing amount into the computer, and then use the computer to control the servo driver and servo motor to drive the screw to operate, so that the height of the functional pad can be automatically adjusted. After that, the test is completed by quickly pressing and flattening it. This greatly reduces the workload of operators and improves work efficiency. Especially solving the difficulty of replacing cushion blocks on large-sized samples in the past (due to the heavy weight and large specifications of cushion blocks).
